Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure team efficiency to achieve targets Drive and increase market share of Parle Tooling in the South region Support customers with technical inputs to close business Provide expert technical knowledge on tooling products Handle troubleshooting, recommend suitable solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction Maintain professional and persuasive communication with customers Build and sustain strong relationships acrossHyderabad, Chennai, and Bangalore Maintain and update sales reports, MIS, enquiries, leads, and customer accounts Ensure timely submission of reports to management Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics) with Business Administration (MBA preferred). Minimum 8+ years of experience in sales within pharma and food & beverage equipment industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
