Responsibilities include developing lesson plans, engaging students through interactive teaching, conducting training sessions, assessing student performance, and providing constructive feedback to ensure academic growth and success.QualificationsProficiency in Lesson Planning and Teaching to effectively create and deliver educational content. Strong skills in Education and Training to support student learning and development. Excellent Communication abilities to interact with students, parents, and fellow educators effectively. Experience with innovative teaching methods and technology in education is a plus. Prior experience in conducting IIT Foundation courses will be an advantage. Relevant academic qualifications in teaching or subject-specific fields.
