Job Title: L1 Dynatrace Engineer Experience Required:6 months – 3 years Location:Mumbai Employment Type:Full Time Shift:RotationalJob Summary: We are looking for an entry to mid-levelL1 Dynatrace Engineerwith hands-on experience in Dynatrace monitoring tools. The ideal candidate should have practical exposure toOneAgent installation, basic application monitoring, and infrastructure monitoring . This role is focused on supporting, configuring, and maintaining Dynatrace monitoring environments to ensure smooth application performance and availability.Key Responsibilities: Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting ofDynatrace OneAgentacross various environments. Monitor applications, servers, and infrastructure using Dynatrace dashboards and alerts. Assist in setting up and configuringDynatrace monitoring for applications, services, and hosts . Analyze basic performance issues and help identify root causes using Dynatrace tools. Create and maintain monitoring dashboards and reports as per requirements. Respond to monitoring alerts and escalate issues to higher-level teams when required. Work with application and infrastructure teams to enable monitoring for new applications. Perform regular health checks of Dynatrace environments. Assist in documentation of monitoring processes and configurations. Provide L1 level support for Dynatrace-related incidents and service requests.Required Skills and Qualifications: 6 months to 3 years of experience inDynatrace monitoring support . Hands-on experience withDynatrace OneAgent installation and configuration . Basic understanding of application performance monitoring (APM). Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems. Understanding of infrastructure monitoring (CPU, memory, disk, network). Familiarity with troubleshooting performance issues using monitoring tools. Ability to analyze alerts and take initial corrective actions. Good communication and coordination skills.Good to Have: Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Basic knowledge of networking and server architecture. Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Jira, etc. Understanding of DevOps tools and CI/CD environments. Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, Bash, etc.)Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).Key Attributes: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Willingness to learn and grow in monitoring tools Team player with good interpersonal skills Ability to work in 24x7 support environments (if required)
