About the Role We are looking for a highly motivatedSoftware Delivery Leadto drive end-to-end program delivery, manage cross-functional technical teams, and ensure high-quality, timely outcomes for business-critical initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix ofdelivery management, technical depth, and stakeholder leadership , with experience indigital transformation, cloud, and data-driven programs .Key Responsibilities Delivery Leadership: Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple complex software programs across domains. Ensure timely execution, governance, and quality outcomes across parallel projects. Own program/project P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning. Technical & Program Management: Provide technical guidance to teams on architecture, tools, and best practices (.NET, Cloud, Microservices, APIs, Data/AI solutions). Drive adoption of modern SDLC practices including Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and QA engineering. Evaluate and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance efficiency. Stakeholder & Client Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams. Collaborate with presales and solutioning teams on proposals, RFP responses, and solution roadmaps. Deliver regular program updates, manage risks/issues, and ensure alignment with strategic goals. Team & People Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams across geographies. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Conduct hiring, training, and performance management for delivery teams.Required Skills & Experience 7–15 years of experience inIT delivery, program management, or software engineering leadership . Proven track record of managinglarge-scale technical programsacross industries such as BFSI, Fintech, Telecom, Retail, or Digital Platforms. Expertise in .NET (C#, Core, Web API, Entity Framework) Proficiency indesign patterns, microservices architecture, API design, and system integration . Strong knowledge ofcloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP),containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), modern architectures (Microservices, APIs), and emerging tech (AI/ML, Analytics, RPA). Experience withCI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and DevOps practices . Hands-on experience withAgile frameworks(Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Rally, Confluence). Strongproblem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills . Excellent communication, stakeholder management, documentation and client-facing skills. PMP/CSM/SAFe Agile or equivalent certifications preferred.
