This role bridges communication, and coordination.Key Responsibilities1. Lead Follow-Ups & Admissions Support• Contact and engage with all incoming leads (calls, WhatsApp, emails, walk-ins). • Invite potential students to visit the campus for counselling sessions, kitchen tours, and demo classes. • Build trust with leads by explaining courses, certifications,andcareer pathways. • Schedule campus visits and maintain follow-up timelines.2. Lead Tracking & Reporting• Create and maintain a structured follow-up and tracking format (Excel / CRM / Google Sheets). • Record lead status, interaction history, visit schedules, and conversion outcomes. • Share daily, weekly, and monthly lead performance reports with management. • Ensure no lead goes untracked or unattended.3.
