Job DescriptionPosition: Senior OPT Recruiter: US StaffingLocation: India (Remote)Timings: 6:00 pm to 3:30 am (IST) until daylight saving OR 8:30 pm to 5:30 pm ESTNote: Candidates must be experienced in the OPT recruitment to be considered for the role. This is a full-time roleJob Description/ Responsibilities:Candidate must have a 5+ years of experience as an OPT recruiter in US.Must have a DATA BASE of the OPT/CPT candidates.Good to have 10+ years Data-Base of Consultants ready for marketing.Searching the consultants from job portals (Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Techfetch), groups, contacts, and other networking sites. Speaking with the consultants regarding the rate and getting the best as suggested by management. No portals will be provided by us, you must have access to it on your own.Negotiating rates with consultants & and managing long-term relations with them.Maintained the database of rolled-off consultants, getting their resumes ready as well as keeping track of contract details such as project extensions, and start and end dates for existing resources.Well-versed about US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.At Smart Gauge Staffing, we are dedicated to bridging the gap between exceptional talent and top-tier opportunities.
