This role is for someone who thinks strategically, acts decisively, and is comfortable rolling up their sleeves to get things done. This is not a coordination-only or delegation-heavy role. You will be responsible for shaping marketing strategy and ensuring its execution across digital, content, performance marketing, partnerships, and on-ground initiatives. You will work closely with leadership and take full ownership of marketing outcomes.Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning Define and drive the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals Identify the right mix of channels: digital, performance, content, partnerships, events, and offline Plan campaigns for launches, events, festivals, and seasonal initiatives Set quarterly priorities, budgets, and measurable KPIsExecution Personally plan and oversee campaigns across Instagram, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms Review and refine creatives, captions, ad copies, and campaign messaging Step in to execute when needed — from fixing a reel to reworking a campaign structure Ensure timely delivery and quality across all marketing outputs Ensure the website is always updated with the latest information, events, offerings, pricing (where applicable), and visuals Ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand quality across all marketing touchpoints Track performance, analyze results, and optimise campaigns continuouslyTeam & Vendor Leadership Work closely with designers, videographers, freelancers, and agencies Provide clear briefs and constructive feedback Ensure accountability, timelines, and quality.
