With 15 years of expertise in interior contracting and a dedicated in-house manufacturing unit, we deliver top-notch quality and craftsmanship in every project.Ideal Candidate 3+ years of hands-on interior design experience Strong portfolio inpremium residential interiors Excellent command over: - Space planning - Materials & finishes - Joinery detailing - Design logic (not just trends) Ability to take ownership of design decisions and defend them confidently Calm, structured, and mentor-oriented personalityKey Responsibilities: Lead concept development and design direction for residential interiors Review and approve 3D designs, materials, proportions, and layouts Set and maintain DZYN Interio’s design standards across projects Mentor 3D and 2D designers on design intent and detailing clarity Coordinate with the Design Production Lead to ensure design intent translates smoothly into production Participate in client design presentations for high-value projects when requiredWhat We Offer: A collaborative, forward-thinking work environment.
