We are building a culture that values quality, accountability, collaboration, and long-term career development and our Team is growing.Role Description We are seeking two experienced Business Advisory Managers to lead delivery across a broad range of advisory services for Australian clients and to support the growth and capability of our advisory team in Coimbatore.This role combines technical advisory expertise, and people leadership, working closely with Sydney-based leadership. The position is intentionally office-based to enable strong team leadership, coaching, and collaboration.What you’ll be responsible forYou will lead a team and oversee delivery across services including: Accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll BAS / GST and indirect tax compliance Tax returns and PAYG management Management reporting and performance planning Fractional CFO and Virtual CFO services Cash flow forecasting, working capital, and debt management Business restructuring, turnaround support, and advisory Succession and exit planning Ad-hoc and project-based business advisoryIn addition, you will: Manage, mentor, and develop advisory teams based in Coimbatore Review and approve advisory outputs to ensure alignment with Australian standards Act as a key liaison between offshore teams and Sydney-based stakeholders Support workflow planning, prioritisation, and delivery timelines Drive improvements in advisory processes, tools, and quality controls Maintain strong governance, risk, and professional standardsAbout you Proven experience in Australian business advisory or public practice roles Strong exposure across accounting, tax, and advisory services Experience leading teams delivering work for Australian clients Familiarity with India–Australia delivery models Strong commercial acumen, analytical capability, and problem-solving skills Clear, confident communicator with leadership presence Willing and able to work from the office 5 days per week CA / CPA qualification (or equivalent) preferredWhy join MINDI Work from a new, modern office with best-in-class facilities Be part of a growing business advisory practice, not just compliance Direct collaboration with experienced Australian advisory leaders Clear expectations, structured ways of working, and professional standards Long-term leadership and career development opportunities
