Handleincident management ,service requests , andproblem managementwithin agreed SLAs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FI, SD, WM, PP) for integrated issue resolution. Performconfiguration changes , enhancements, and testing as per business requirements. Supportmonth-end and year-end activitiesand ensure smooth operations. Prepare and maintainfunctional documentation , SOPs, and knowledge base articles. Work closely with business users to understand requirements and provide solutions. Participate insystem upgrades ,patch application , andregression testing .Required Skills & Qualifications:5+ years of experiencein SAP MM module support and configuration. Strong knowledge ofProcure-to-Pay (P2P) process ,Inventory Management , andInvoice Verification . Experience inMaster Data Management(Material Master, Vendor Master). Familiarity withintegration pointswith FI, SD, and WM modules. Hands-on experience inticketing tools(ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.). Good understanding ofbusiness processesand ability to translate them into SAP solutions. Excellentproblem-solving skills , communication, and stakeholder management.Nice to Have:Exposure toS/4HANAenvironment. Knowledge ofABAP debuggingfor issue analysis.
