Front Office Manager (Pre‑Opening) Location:Sarovar Premiere BhubaneswarRole Summary: Lead the Front Office for a pre‑opening upscale hotel—set up systems and SOPs, hire and train the team, and deliver superior guest experience while ensuring operational controls and brand standards.Key Responsibilities: Build and implement FOSOPs(check-in/out, cashiering, night audit, concierge, bell desk). Set up PMS & systems(Opera/IDS or similar), key-cards, payment gateways, CRM/loyalty. Hire, onboard, and trainFO/GR/Concierge teams; run simulations and soft-opening trials. Ensureguest experience excellence , service recovery, lobby management, and VIP handling. Overseecashiering, deposits, refunds, and night auditwith zero-variance mindset. Enforcesafety, data privacy, and brand compliance ; coordinate closely with HK, ENG, F/&B. Night audit accuracy, cash variance (target: nil), check-in/out cycle time Team retention and training completion %Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management (or related). 8–10 years in Rooms/Front Office, incl. 2–3 years asAFOM/FOM ;pre‑opening preferred . Strong onPMS (Opera/IDS) , MS Office; financial controls and service recovery. Excellent communication inEnglish & Hindi ;Odiais an advantage.
