Experience: Minimum10 years of professional experiencein construction supervision and/or Quality Control Proven experience inurban road infrastructure works , including pavements and associated appurtenances Roles & Responsibilities: Provide technical expertise for construction supervision and quality control of urban road works Review and ensure compliance of drawings, designs, and technical specifications with approved standards Supervise construction activities related to roads, pavements, and associated structures to ensure quality and workmanship Monitor and implement QA/QC procedures for road works including subgrade, sub-base, base, and wearing courses Review contractor’s work programs, method statements, and quality assurance plans for road construction Conduct inspections, field tests, and material approvals as per specifications Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues during construction Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and client representatives for effective execution of works Verify measurements, certify quantities, and assist in preparation of interim payment certificates Prepare technical inputs for progress reports and completion documentation Ensure compliance with safety, traffic management, and environmental requirements at site Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of urban road design and construction practices Experience with asphalt and/or concrete pavement works Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and specifications Good communication, coordination, and reporting skillsEducational Qualification: Graduate degree in Civil Engineering
