We also operate 3PL warehouses in Sikandrabad and Guwahati, supporting diversified customer verticals.About the RoleThe Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring robust financial management, statutory compliance, and process governance for RSA Global India. The role demands a hands-on professional with strong analytical skills, capable of driving accuracy, efficiency, and accountability across the finance function.ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Compliance Ensure timely and accurate filing of all statutory returns including GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and Income Tax. Monitor regulatory updates and ensure implementation of latest statutory and tax compliance requirements. Maintain accurate books of accounts, general ledgers, and reconciliations in line with accounting standards.Financial Reporting & Analysis Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow. Conduct cost-center and business vertical-wise analysis to support management decision-making. Track actual vs. budget performance, highlight variances, and recommend cost optimization measures. Support in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and rolling projections.Internal Control & Audit Assist in the planning and execution of internal audits across departments. Identify process gaps, control weaknesses, and compliance risks; recommend and implement corrective actions. Support in establishing and refining SOPs, internal control frameworks, and financial policies.Banking, Treasury & External Coordination Manage relationships with banks, auditors, consultants, and statutory authorities. Oversee cash flow management, vendor payments, and working capital optimization. Support in loan documentation, compliance certificates, and funding coordination with the Group.Team Leadership Lead and develop a team of 4–5 members, ensuring accountability, capability building, and adherence to process discipline. Foster a culture of transparency, ownership, and continuous improvement within the finance team.QualificationsProven experience of 4+ years as a Chartered Accountant in financial accounting, statutory compliance, and reporting, preferably in Logistics, Port & Maritime Operations. Must be comfortable working in a high-pressure, fast-moving work environment. Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, indirect taxation, and statutory frameworks. Exposure to ERP systems (Ramco / Zoho / D365) and proficiency in MS Excel. Analytical thinker with a solution-oriented and process-driven approach.
