Senior DevOps Engineer (Kubernetes | GitHub Actions | ArgoCD) Department:DevOps / Platform Engineering Location:Hyderabad, Gurugram, Bangalore Experience:6-9Years Notice Period:Immediate – 30 days.This role involves the development and application of engineering practice and knowledge in defining, configuring and deploying industrial digital technologies (including but not limited to PLM and MES) for managing continuity of information across the engineering enterprise, including design, industrialization, manufacturing and supply chain, and for managing the manufacturing data.Your Role As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for endtoend CI/CD pipeline development, Kubernetes platform management, release automation, and cloud infrastructure delivery. You will collaborate closely with development teams, ensuring secure, scalable, and highquality deployments across distributed systems.In this role, you will: Design, develop, and optimize endtoend CI/CD pipelines. Manage Kubernetes clusters, including deployments, autoscaling, Helm charts, and Operators. Implement GitOpsbased deployments using ArgoCD (progressive delivery, automated rollouts). Work with identity and access management tools such as ZITDEL or similar, and manage RBAC. Automate cloud infrastructure using Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, and GitHub Actions. Manage AWS infrastructure components such as EKS, IAM, VPC, EC2, S3, CloudWatch, etc. Ensure highquality builds with automated testing, security scanning, and code-quality checks. Work in a SaaS product development environment ensuring reliability and efficiency. Implement monitoring and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, and other tools. Support microservices deployments and distributed system environments. Collaborate with engineering teams on performance tuning and release processes. Lead release engineering activities and deployment automation. Utilize knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, load balancing, ingress controllers, firewalls). Manage centralized logging and log management tools. Prepare documentation and communicate effectively across teams.Your Profile 8+ years of experience in DevOps or Platform Engineering. Strong expertise in Kubernetes and GitOps principles. Hands-on experience with ArgoCD, Helm, Operators, and multienvironment workflows. Advanced experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform. Strong AWS experience (EKS, VPC, IAM, EC2, S3, CloudWatch). Experience in product development (preferred over purely operational roles). Understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and cloudnative architectures. Experience with automated testing, security scanning, and code-quality integration. Knowledge of networking fundamentals and observability best practices.
