Location:Rohini West , New Delhi Department:International Sales / Business Development Employment Type:Full-TimeJob Summary We are looking for a results-driven International Inside Sales Specialistto manage and convert international leads, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth across global markets. The ideal candidate will be confident in communication, target-oriented, and experienced in handling international customers through calls, emails, and virtual meetings. Key Responsibilities Handle outbound sales calls with international prospects. Engage with global clients via phone, email, and virtual platforms. Understand client requirements and present suitable products/services. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems. Follow up on leads and nurture long-term client relationships. Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth closures. Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings. Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure. Required Skills & Qualifications 1–4 years of experience ininternational inside salesor B2B/B2C sales. Excellent verbal and writtenEnglish communication skills . Experience working with international time zones. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.). Goal-oriented mindset with strong closing abilities. Comfortable working in night shifts (if applicable). Preferred Qualifications Experience inEdTech / SaaS / IT / Consulting / Services . Exposure to international markets.
