VBeyond Digital is seeking asenior, high-impact Sales Leadertobuild and scale our Global Capability Center (GCC) service linefrom India. This is ahunter role , focused onnew logo acquisition , market creation, and revenue growth. The individual will own theend-to-end sales charter for GCC services , including market strategy, pipeline creation, deal closure, and thebuilding and mentoring of a dedicated GCC-focused sales team . This role is ideal for someone who hassuccessfully sold complex, consultative servicesto global enterprises and understands how organizations evaluate, build, and scale GCCs in India.Key Responsibilities 1. Revenue & Market Growth (Hunter Focus) Ownnew logo acquisitionfor GCC services across target geographies (US, Europe, APAC, Middle East). Build and execute ago-to-market (GTM) strategyfor GCC offerings (Build-Operate-Transfer, captive setup, managed GCCs, hybrid models, etc.). Create and manage astrong enterprise sales pipeline , from prospecting to deal closure. LeadCXO-level conversations(CEO, CFO, CIO, CHRO, Global Business Heads). Closelarge, multi-year, high-value dealswith global enterprises. 2. GCC Service Line Ownership Act as thesales face of the GCC service line , working closely with delivery, operations, HR, legal, and finance teams. Translate client business objectives intocustom GCC solutions(location strategy, talent models, cost optimization, scalability, governance). Provide market feedback to leadership to refine offerings, pricing, and positioning. 3. Team Building & Leadership Build, hire, and lead a teamof junior and mid-level sales professionals focused exclusively on GCC services. Coach and mentor the team onenterprise selling, value-based selling, and consultative sales . Set sales targets, define KPIs, and establish performance management frameworks. Foster a high-performance, hunter-driven sales culture. 4. Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Develop relationships withindustry bodies, consultants, advisors, and ecosystem partnersrelevant to GCCs. Identify partnership opportunities that can accelerate market entry and deal flow. Represent the company atindustry forums, GCC events, and leadership roundtables .Key Skills & Experience Mandatory 10+ years of experiencein enterprise B2B sales, services sales, or consulting-led sales. Proven success inhunting and closing new logosin complex, long sales cycles. Strong understanding ofGCC / captive center / global delivery modelsin India. Experience selling tolarge global enterprisesacross industries. Ability to operate independently andbuild a market from scratch . Preferred Prior experience inIT services, engineering services, consulting, BPM, or digital services . Exposure toBOT, managed services, or large transformation deals . Experience inbuilding and leading sales teams . Strong network within enterprise decision-makers and GCC ecosystem.Why Join Us?
