Operational & Performance Management Ownoverall zone P&L , ensuring achievement ofmonthly and quarterly targetsacross supply onboarding, occupancy, revenue, and cost optimization. Drive execution ofstandard operating procedures (SOPs)to improve turnaround time, service quality, and operational efficiency. Track and improvekey metricssuch as occupancy %, onboarding cycle time, ticket resolution TAT, and portfolio utilization.2. Team Leadership & ExecutionLead and manage a team ofProperty Managers and Operations staff , with clear goal-setting, reviews, and performance tracking. Setindividual and team-level targets , conduct regular performance reviews, and ensure accountability. Build a high-performance culture focused onresults, ownership, and continuous improvement .3. Business Growth & ExpansionDrivenew supply acquisition and market expansionwithin the zone, aligned to growth targets. Build strong relationships withproperty owners, brokers, developers, and local stakeholdersto accelerate onboarding. Identify new micro-markets and execute go-to-market strategies to increase Nestaway’s footprint.4. Customer Experience & RetentionEnsurehigh customer satisfaction scores (CSAT/NPS)by proactively resolving tenant and homeowner issues. Analyze customer feedback and implementprocess improvementsto reduce escalations and churn. Own escalation management and ensure timely, data-backed resolution.5. Financial & Data ManagementPlan and manage thezone budget , ensuring cost discipline while meeting growth targets. Analyzedashboards, KPIs, and MIS reportsto identify trends, gaps, and corrective actions. Deliver regular performance reviews and actionable insights to senior leadership.6. Compliance, Risk & SafetyEnsure full compliance withlocal regulations, company policies, and contractual obligations . Drive adherence tohealth, safety, and risk management standardsacross properties and teams.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field ( MBA preferred ). 5–10 years of experiencein a managerial or regional role, preferably in real estate, rental housing, PropTech, or consumer operations. Proven track record ofmeeting or exceeding targetsin a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Comfortable working withnumbers, dashboards, and performance metrics .
