Job Description

Location - Chennai & DelhiRoles and ResponsibilitiesDrive revenue growth and patient access by achieving annual revenue and New Patient Treatment (NPT) targets across assigned Strategic Accounts. Build and deepen strategic relationships with key HCPs, prescribers, and hospital stakeholders, increasing market penetration and portfolio adoption. Develop and strengthen key prescribers within Strategic Accounts to ensure consistent business growth. Ensure >90% enrolment of eligible patients into Patient Support Programs (PSPs) by working closely with patient navigators and external service partners. Act as a scientific and commercial partner, driving belief shift, advocacy, and evidence-based engagement with HCPs. Identify, analyze, and resolve patient journey and access hurdles, co-creating solutions with hospitals, medical teams, and health system partners. Support standardization of clinical practices and care pathways in collaboration with the Medical team. Drive digital tool adoption, agile ways of working, and scientific excellence within the territory. Maintain 100% compliance with UCPMP, internal policies, reporting standards, and audit requirements. Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Business. MBA or MBBS/MD/PhD preferred. 10+ years in specialty pharmaceutical sales, preferably in Oncology, Hematology, or Rare Diseases. Proven track record in pharmaceutical or biotech sales/key account management, preferably in oncology, specialty care, or hospital segments. Experience in launching or establishing a new therapeutic class is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to influence across complex internal and external stakeholders and operate beyond hierarchies. Strong understanding of the Indian healthcare system, patient funding/access landscape, and key institutional dynamics Strong understanding of Patient Support Programs (PSP). Exceptional scientific acumen and the ability to discuss complex CAR-T data with KOLs. Abilities to work with data and adaptability to digital ways of engagement. Established professional network within tertiary care hospitals or key regional institutions (preferred). Establish strong scientific credibility and advocacy with key HCPs and hospital stakeholders, enabling belief shift, portfolio adoption, and long-term partnerships. Optimize the patient journey and health system access by proactively identifying barriers, collaborating with institutions and medical teams, and implementing scalable solutions. Ensure high-quality execution excellence, including effective use of digital tools, data-driven decision-making, agile ways of working, and full compliance with internal and external guidelines. Leadership Expectations Demonstrate effective leadership with up to 3 years of experience, managing key accounts and influencing cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes. Act as a role model for scientific excellence, agility, and compliance, ensuring high standards of execution across all engagements.
