By proactively managing these technical systems, the position aims to streamline operations and contribute to the effective delivery of legal services.Key responsibilities Managing and maintaining AkzoNobel’s Legal Group’s SharePoint portals (internal sites, business-facing and the Policy Portal), ensuring content is well-organized, accessible, and up to date. Oversee and update the legal knowledge base in ServiceNow; creation of knowledge articles; updates; reporting and monitoring; applying best practices for portal look and feel. For ALG key 2025 project, Legal Front Door, support process mapping into workflows, support requirements gathering; technical support and maintenance of developed workflows (supervised) Implement simple automation projects to streamline legal operations and improve overall performance the legal and compliance departments (supervised) Act as a Junior Technical Product Owner for legal and compliance tools, assisting with requirement gathering, stakeholder coordination, and solution development and testing (supervised) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the optimization and deployment of technical solutions for legal and compliance processes (supervised)Qualifications Technical education (IT, developer or similar) 4+ years of work experience in technical support or development, experience in the Legal Function will be a bonus SharePoint administration skills knowledge and experience of PowerApps suite
