This role is ideal for someone who enjoysowning architecture, driving large-scale delivery, and mentoring high-performing data engineering teams . What You’ll Do Architecture & Solutioning Design and own end-to-end Azure data engineering solutions usingADLS, Synapse, ADF, Databricks, Event Hubs Build modernlakehouse / medallion architecturessupporting batch & real-time processing Define data integration patterns, security, governance, and compliance frameworks Create technical roadmaps aligned with business and cloud best practices Delivery & Stakeholder Management Lead multiple data engineering programs from design to production Manage scope, timelines, budgets, and resource planning Drive agile delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and vendor partnerships Leadership & Team Building Mentor and develop data engineers, architects, and analytics professionals Set engineering standards, best practices, and quality benchmarks Promote a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement Hands-on Technical Leadership Review and guide complex data pipelines and workflows Optimize performance, cost, reliability, and observability Drive CI/CD automation usingAzure DevOps / GitHub Actions What We’re Looking For Must-Have 15+ years in Data Engineering with3+ years in senior leadership roles Strong expertise inAzure Data Services(Synapse, ADF, Databricks, ADLS Gen2) Hands-on experience withPython, SQL, Spark (PySpark/Scala) Proven experience deliveringenterprise-scale data platforms Strong understanding of data modeling, warehousing, and modern architectures Excellent communication skills — able to work with both tech teams and leadership Good to Have Azure certifications (Data Engineer / Solutions Architect) Experience withPower BI, Azure Purview, Cosmos DB Exposure toData Mesh / Data Fabricconcepts Experience in regulated domains (BFSI, Healthcare, Retail) Knowledge of ML integration with Azure ML Why Join Us?
