For more details, visit .Key Responsibilities:End-to-End Accounting Practices: l Drive continuous improvement in end-to-end accounting practices. l Prepare and post monthly accruals, prepayments, and similar accounting entries.Financial Planning & Reporting: l Oversee budgeting and forecasting activities. l Prepare and review profit and loss statements and balance sheets. l Lead the analysis of monthly and quarterly financial numbers, presenting findings to the board.Audit & Compliance: l Manage the end-to-end audit process, acting as the primary point of contact for external auditors. l Ensure compliance with statutory obligations, including TDS, GST, TCS, and Income Tax.Vendor & Financial Management: l Prepare and present vendor outstanding reports to management. l Report to management on day-to-day requirements and project-specific costing.Technical Accounting: l Demonstrate strong technical accounting knowledge. l Manage and delegate the work of finance team members effectively.Project Costing & Coordination: l Report project-wise costing to management. l Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless financial operations.Accounting Functions as per Tally: l Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable. l Oversee purchase and sales transactions. l Process debit notes, credit notes, and journal entries.Requirements Specific to Anora: Handle DTA sales and create sales invoices. Manage e-invoice creation and follow-ups via mail. Oversee bank payments and coordinate with banks. Handle IDPAMS and EDPAMS follow-ups. Ensure GST filing and reconciliations. Provide support for salary requirements as per statutory requirements. Assist auditors based on specific requirements.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum 8+years of experience into end-end accounting and team management. Proven experience in financial management and accounting roles. Strong technical accounting knowledge and proficiency in Tally. CMA / CA / ICWA / MBA is a plus. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
