We’ve completed thousands of jobs with exceptional customer satisfaction — and we’re just getting started.What You’ll Do – Position Summary: We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Associate Director – Finance & Accounts to strengthen our growing finance function. Reporting to the Head of Finance, this role will manage end-to-end financial operations including accounting, compliance, taxation, audits, and internal controls. This is a high-impact role critical to ensuring accuracy, governance, and scalability in a fast-growing environment.Key Responsibilities: •Month-End & Year-End Closures Manage timely and accurate monthly and annual book closures in coordination with the Head of Finance. •Accounting & Taxation Handle accounting, direct & indirect taxation, reconciliations, and audit support. •Compliance & Controls Ensure adherence to statutory, legal, and internal compliance requirements. Strengthen governance through internal controls and SOPs. •Financial Reporting Prepare statutory financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and generate MIS reports and dashboards. •Audit Coordination Liaise with statutory and internal auditors to ensure smooth audit execution. •Operational Finance Oversee AP/AR, vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and statutory payouts (TDS, etc.). •Trackers & Analysis Maintain trackers for budgets, expenses, benefits, and key financial KPIs. •Stakeholder Support Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations. •Risk & Continuity Support risk assessments, business continuity planning, and process improvements.What we’re looking for • Chartered Accountant with 6–8 years of post-qualification experience • Strong hands-on exposure to accounting, taxation, audits, and compliance • Experience in high-growth/startup environments preferred • Strong understanding of Indian GAAP & statutory regulations • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skillsWhy Snabbit? • Be part of a fast-growing startup backed by top-tier investors • Own a high-impact role with real decision-making responsibility • Help build India’s quickest and most reliable home services platform
