This role works closely with the HR and Operations teams to drive engagement initiatives, recognition programs, cultural activities, and internal communication across the organization.Key Responsibilities Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and cultural initiatives Drive Rewards & Recognition programs across the organization Manage employee appreciation initiatives (birthdays, welcome kits, service awards, announcements, etc.) Promote company culture through internal communication and social platforms Increase employee participation in employer-sponsored programs Coordinate engagement calendars and monthly activity plans Support HR in implementing employee-centric programs and perks Act as an Employee Engagement Ambassador across teams Work closely with Operations and HR to maintain a positive work environmentRequired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline Minimum 2 years of experience in a Call Center / BPO environment Prior experience in Employee Engagement / HR Activities / Culture / Events / R&R Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word Highly organized, creative, and energetic personality Ability to interact with employees at all levelsWhat We’re Looking For Someone energetic, creative and people-oriented Someone who has handled engagement activities in BPOs Someone who understands employee morale, culture, and recognition Someone who can independently run monthly engagement calendars
