The successful candidate will play a critical role within the operational framework supporting both the Sales and Product Platform teams. This position serves as a key liaison between front-office functions and back/middle office operations, ensuring seamless execution across product lifecycle related tasks. The role focuses on delivering efficient and accurate transactional support for cross asset structured products and derivatives offered by the bank.kEY RESPONSIBILITIES The Structured Products and Derivatives Platform and Sales Support Specialist provides comprehensive operational support to various sales teams who oversee cross asset sales activities toward private banking and institutional clients. This role plays a critical part in enabling front office activities through accurate execution, robust controls and seamless communication. Key focus areas include product approval process, products life cycle management, management of existing special purpose vehicle (SPV) activities, client invoicing and reconciliation. SPV activities include enhance capabilities of current existing SPV by issuing new product types. Handling the day-to-day operations of the SPV including cash management, bank account openings, asset and collateral postings, interest payments and unwinds. Support product issuances by tracking and coordinate open tasks with relevant stakeholders across the bank Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure that the products approvals are formalized in a timely manner in the approval tool. Make sure the products meet the business requirements and align with the overall strategy. Facilitate issuance and booking of structured products and precious metal trades in their respective tools, ensure the products parameters are correctly set up in accordance with product documentation. Prepare invoices to clients with accurate calculation and in a timely manner. Reconcile invoiced amounts against executed deals and resolve discrepancies proactively General support such meeting preparation, stakeholder communication, follow up on actions, writing meeting minutes.SKILLS REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITIONEducation & Experience Bachelor or Master university degree in Finance, Business Administration, or financial industry related field At least 5 years work experiences in financial industry with knowledge in product issuance flow of cross asset structured products and derivatives. Knowledge of issuing process out of SPV issuing vehicle or digital asset knowledge as a plus Solution oriented, ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities and dependencies with tight deadlines Excellent communication skill with the ability to present complex information in a clear and structured manner Understanding of regulatory environment of financial industrySkills & Competencies Strong analytical skills and fast learner. Excellent organizational and coordination skills with high attention to detail. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across seniority levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Bloomberg Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, governance-driven environment.Personal Attributes Structured and reliable with a proactive mindset.
