For two decades, Vedanta has been contributing significantly to nation building, developing indigenous capabilities, and fostering self-reliance.To partner with us in this exciting journey and unlock new values for the business, we are looking for passionate professionals for the positionChief Commercial Officer (CCO), Aluminium Business.Roles & Responsibilities •This CCO role is an important ELT role in Aluminium business which will strategize all procurement process, contract management and governance matters pertaining to it. •Formulate and drive strategic sourcing roadmaps for bought out Alumina, Bauxite, CP Coke, CT Pitch, Caustic, Lime, fuel oil and ALF3 through supplier partnerships, risk‑optimized contracting, and cost‑leadership initiatives. •Spearhead a large, multi‑disciplinary commercial organization overseeing capex procurement, spares & consumables, service contracts, logistics, business partner management, stores, and waste‑to‑wealth initiatives. •Conceptualize and drive the end‑to‑end outcome linked O&M and MDO contracts across all Smelters, refinery and mining locations to enhance commercial governance, cost optimization and ownership of business partners •Ensure 100% e‑auction, 100% Ariba utilization and all cardinal procurement compliances to strengthen transparency and governance •Implement digital tail‑spend management via platforms like Use& Pay , Mega warehouse, VMI & ARC to optimize cost and inventory •Structure robust import contracting frameworks with 100% CIF/DAP terms to mitigate logistics volatility and improve landed‑cost visibility. •Build a data‑driven, technology‑enabled commercial ecosystem leveraging market intelligence, analytics, and optimized manpower deployment to enhance decision‑making and governance.Desired Skills: •B.
