The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the execution of interior design projects, coordinating with the design and project management teams, leading on-site teams, and ensuring that project timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met. This role also includes resolving on-site challenges, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining effective communication with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.Qualifications Strong proficiency in Project Management and Team Leadership Exceptional Customer Service skills to effectively collaborate with clients and stakeholders Technical expertise in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software A solid foundation in Interior Design principles and execution Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to deadlines and quality Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills Knowledge of construction processes and safety standards is a plus Relevant education or qualification in interior design or project management
