They are based in Jaipur.Salary : 180K - 240K/yearJob DescriptionThe Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering publishing projects on time and within budget. This role involves working closely with editors, designers, authors, printers, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of multiple titles simultaneously. It is a full time role from our office in Jaipur.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, manage, and track end-to-end publishing projects (books, journals, digital content) Create and maintain project schedules, workflows, and production timelines Coordinate with editorial, design, typesetting, printing, and marketing teams Act as the main point of contact between internal teams, authors, and external vendors Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to quality standards Identify risks, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure timely delivery of projects Manage budgets, quotations, and vendor coordination related to production Maintain proper documentation, reports, and status updates for management Ensure compliance with publishing standards and deadlines
