They are also responsible for resolving customer complaints, conducting market analysis, and collaborating with internal teams like logistics and sales support. Key responsibilities Sales and revenue:Achieve sales targets, implement sales plans, and execute promotions or product launches. Customer relationship management:Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and distributors, address queries, and resolve complaints. Sales operations:Visit key outlets, take orders, ensure timely delivery and payment collection, and monitor stock levels at various points. Market analysis and strategy:Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer data to identify new opportunities and improve sales strategies. Reporting and administration:Maintain accurate customer records and sales data using CRM or other tools, and create regular sales reports for management. Collaboration:Coordinate with internal teams, such as sales support and logistics, to ensure smooth operations.
