Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Generation & Prospecting Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels Identify and research potential clients aligned with target industries and service offerings Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers2. Qualification of Opportunities Engage prospects to understand their business needs, decision-making process, budget, and timeline Apply defined qualification criteria before passing leads to the sales team Ensure onlysales-ready, high-intent opportunitiesare scheduled3. Meeting & Pipeline Contribution Schedule discovery calls/meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team Ensure prospects attend scheduled meetings (reduce no-shows through reminders and follow-ups) Maintain accurate CRM records of all activities, notes, and next steps4. Collaboration with Sales & Marketing Work closely with marketing on campaign follow-ups and inbound lead conversion Share market feedback, objections, and trends to refine messaging and targeting Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of opportunitiesRequired Skills & Qualifications Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a clear and professional speaking style Confidence in speaking with international (US-based) professionals Strong listening skills and the ability to ask effective qualifying questions Resilience and a positive attitude toward outbound prospecting Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a performance-driven environment Comfortable working US business hoursPreferred Background Experience in sales, lead generation, customer service, or outbound calling Prior exposure to US or global clients Familiarity with CRM systems and LinkedIn outreach tools
