We run performance-driven marketing across Google, Meta, SEO, and conversion funnels, and we care deeply about why numbers move - not just that they move.This role reports directly to the manager and plays a key part in shaping how our campaigns, funnels, and marketing systems improve over time.Role Overview We’re looking for a marketing generalist who is strong with numbers.Your core responsibility will be managing and improving: Google Ads SEO performance Keyword strategyAlongside this, you’ll analyze campaign data, user conversations, and funnel performance to identify what needs to change and why.This is not a “set ads and forget” role. This is a thinking + execution role.Key Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities (Core Role)Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns Conduct SEO research, keyword analysis, and ranking improvements Track performance metrics and explain results clearly Prepare and maintain marketing reports (Sheets, dashboards, summaries) Identify trends, opportunities, and performance gapsSecondary Responsibilities (Growth & Funnel Insights) Review WhatsApp conversations and lead journeys to identify drop-offs Understand where users disengage in the funnel and flag improvements Collaborate on improving automated messaging, and flows Share actionable insights with the founder - not just raw data Follow clear SOPs and improve them over timeWhat We’re Looking For:Must-Have Hands-on experience with Google Ads Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and keyword research Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and reports Ability to explain data insights in simple, practical terms Curious mindset - asks “why” before jumping to conclusions Willingness to do both thinking and executionNice-to-Have Experience managing or assisting with marketing campaigns Understanding of funnels, lead quality, and conversion journeys Experience working with agencies or multiple clientsWhat This Role Is NOT Not a pure media buyer role Not a design or content writing role Not a vanity metric social media roleWhy This Role Matters You’ll have real ownership, not just tasks You’ll work directly with the founder You’ll influence how marketing decisions are made You’ll grow into a broader Marketing / Growth role as the agency scalesExperience Level Mid-level 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred Skill and thinking > number of years
