Conduct outbound calls for customer engagement, including cold calling and order confirmation. Communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written, ensuring proper grammar and etiquette in all interactions. Write articulate and well-crafted emails to address customer concerns and inquiries. Collaborate with the customer care support team to ensure seamless operations and consistent service quality. Liaise with the orders, packing, and shipping teams to facilitate smooth communication and resolution of customer issues. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records. Assist in monitoring and improving customer satisfaction metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall customer experience. Stay informed about product details, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.Requirements: Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English.
