We were also covered by the Financial Times along with other disruptors in Ed-Tech upGrad is the official education partner for Government of India - Startup India program Our program with IIIT B has been ranked #1 program in the country in the domain of Artificial Intelligence and Machine LearningBusiness Unit: upGrad – Higher EducationKey Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for both sales and non-sales roles across multiple levels Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, role requirements, and hiring timelines Design and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, employee referrals, social media, and professional networks Handle bulk and lateral hiring requirements efficiently Screen and shortlist candidates; coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders Drive offer management, including offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and ensuring successful joining closures Track and maintain recruitment metrics, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle Contribute to employer branding initiatives and continuous improvement of recruitment processesRequired Skills & Qualifications Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline 5–6 years of hands-on recruitment experience Mandatory experience in both sales and non-sales hiring Proven exposure to bulk and lateral hiring Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and advanced sourcing techniques Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Proficient in using job portals and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Immediate to short notice period preferred Work from office
