We're currently looking for experienced professionals from theTyre Manufacturing Industryto join ourTechnology Divisionfor the role ofAssistant Manager – Curing Technology (Heat Engg.)at ourDahej plant .Location: Dahej Department: Technology Reporting to: Process OwnerRole Highlights: ✔ Thermocouple & Blow Point studies for new size releases and nitrogen curing ✔ Cure cycle optimization, compound development & bladder trials ✔ New bladder development (defect reduction, cost saving, supplier development) ✔ Scrap & defect reduction through process improvement ✔ New curing press industrialization & nitrogen cycle validation ✔ SCADA development, SOP creation & system monitoring ✔ Daily troubleshooting in tyre curing operations ✔ Supplier trials for bladder paint, mold lube & curing materialsKRAs include: • Scrap & defect reduction • Hot repair reduction • Bladder life improvement • Cure cycle reduction • Outer paint eliminationQualification: B.E. Rubber Technology OR B.E. Mechanical Engineering (with tyre industry experience)Key Skills: • SCADA analysis for curing operations • 7 QC Tools • Advanced Excel • Strong knowledge of tyre curing & heat engineering • Good cross-functional coordination⚠️ MUST HAVE : Candidates must have experience in the Tyre Manufacturing Industry
