About the Role- The incumbent shall be responsible for closely working with MT sales operations team, brand team and other stakeholders for managing individual chains/accounts/regions for driving sales of a set of MT key accounts. Key responsibilities will include Planning, driving Off-take initiatives, Relationship development.Responsibilities- Driving the MT Strategy and Account Engagement Meeting the top line sales objective for the National MT Accounts with expertise of handling critical key accounts and organized pharmacy accounts Overall responsible for sales to these accounts for PAN India Having all the relevant products listed in the accounts, maintaining listing and linking hygiene across all accounts Ensuring stock availability with a high degree of forecasting accuracy Ensure fill rates of 90% plus with all these accounts through a strong co-ordination with sales team, stockists and accounts Devising promotion and visibility strategy for the brand portfolio with key accounts Develop and manage the Annual Business plans for selected National Accounts Setting annual targets for accounts - Sign the terms of trade (TOT), with desired counterparts, Ensure TOT execution and adherence PAN India Build the relationship with Key accounts/distributors to get efficient terms of trade (TOT) Drive operational improvements, high ROI driven investments and manage spends effectively to remain within annual AOP Challenge the existing route to market model and suggest ways of reducing cost in the same Ensure key accounts commercial hygiene – collection or payables as per the agreed credit policy, Settlement of claims / credit notes within the agreed time frame Work in close co-ordination with field team and field sales leaders to drive the account/portfolio strategy forwardQualifications- Bachelor’s degree from any stream. Master’s or Marketing degree would be preferred Minimum 4-5 years work experience in MT key account role with 2-3 years in a national/senior level capacity
