CDA is dedicated to delivering proactive business advice to support clients in meeting their commercial and regulatory obligations.Role Description The Audit Associate will be responsible for supporting audit engagements from planning through completion, ensuring accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance. The role involves reviewing accounting records, preparing financial statements, assisting with statutory audits, and other regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical knowledge, analytical ability, and a commitment to professional excellence.Key Responsibilities: Assist in the execution of statutory audits in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA). Review accounting records including sales, purchases, petty cash, receipts, and payments. Prepare monthly and annual financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement) in compliance with IFRS. Support accounts closing and reconciliation processes. Support compliance with Economic Substance Regulations (ESR) and related filings. Assist in AML compliance procedures, including documentation review and audit support. Maintain proper audit working papers and documentation. Coordinate with seniors and managers to ensure timely completion of audit assignments. Demonstrate strong professional ethics, confidentiality, and commitment to deadlines.Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong understanding of financial statements, journal entries, and accounting standards. Solid analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Tally. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
