Let's create the future—together.Job Summary :Ultraviolette is looking for aStaff Technical Program Manager (TPM) - Vehicle Softwareto lead end-to-end execution of embedded systems programs across vehicle platforms. This role sits at the intersection of firmware, hardware, validation, and manufacturing, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of safety-critical embedded systems.You will work closely with embedded software teams, electronics hardware teams, test & validation, manufacturing, and suppliers, owning schedules, dependencies, and execution risk across multiple vehicle programs.Key Responsibilities:Own program execution for embedded systems across vehicle controllers (VCU, BMS, motor controller, infotainment, telematics, chargers, etc.) Drive firmware release planning, integration milestones, and vehicle-level readiness Build firmware technical program team, establish metrics and deliverables internally Manage cross-functional dependencies between embedded software, electronics hardware, validation, and manufacturing Lead change management, impact analysis, and decision tracking Establish and run program operating rhythms (reviews, milestones, risk burndown) Track and mitigate technical, schedule, and supplier risks Work closely with external vendors and ODMs on firmware and embedded deliverables Support homologation, compliance, and functional safety (ISO 26262 / ASPICE exposure preferred) Provide clear executive-level visibility into program health.Requirements8–12+ years of experience in embedded systems program management, systems engineering, software release management Strong hands-on understanding of: Embedded firmware development lifecycles Real-time systems, bootloaders, diagnostics, OTA MCU-based automotive controllersExperience working with cross-functional engineering teams Ability to read and reason about technical trade-offs, even without coding daily Strong stakeholder management and execution rigor Managerial experience in leading, mentoring a team of direct reportees.
