Organization name:Crystal Crop Protection Limited Job title:Associate Research Scientist Location/ Base:KRDC, Nathupur, Sonipat, Haryana Department:Research and development Reporting to:Team leader Responsible for:Execution of planning, arrangement of raw materials, cost reduction in existing molecules, development of new process for the company, preparation of daily report, process write up, SOP and TTD, demonstration of developed process to tech transfer team. Job purpose/ summary:R&D scientists are involved in the planning and implementation of scientific projects. Depending on their field of expertise, they may, for instance, develop formulas for new materials, execute tests or prove theories in practice. Moreover, close teamwork is usually part of R&D scientists' daily business. Skills/Experience:Expertise in handling of lab glassware, perform lab experiments independently, do fractional distillation, handle hazardous reagents and chemical safely, knowledge of plants, generate plant supporting data, experience in agrochemical industries, 4 to 7 years’ experience in synthesis laboratory. Preferred qualifications:Master of Science (M. Sc.) in organic chemistry from reputed university.
