Job Description – Vice President (Operations) Location:Coimbatore Experience:15–20+ Years Industry:Open (Preference for Multi-location Operations) Reporting to:CEO / Managing DirectorRole Overview The Vice President – Operations will be responsible for driving end-to-end restaurant operations across multiple outlets, ensuring operational excellence, profitability, customer satisfaction, and scalability. This role will define operational strategy, performance standards, and execution excellence across service, kitchen, and delivery operations.Key Responsibilities Lead and manageend-to-end operationsacross multiple restaurant outlets to ensure consistent quality, service, and profitability. Design and implementoperational strategies, SOPs, and best practicesfor service, kitchen operations, and delivery models. Monitor and drive key business metrics includingsales performance, food cost, labor productivity, wastage, and customer satisfaction . Ensureoperational compliancewith food safety, hygiene, and quality standards. Lead, mentor, and developregional and outlet-level operations teamsto drive accountability and performance. Work closely withSupply Chain, HR, Finance, and Adminteams to ensure seamless coordination and cost efficiency. Identify opportunities forprocess improvement, automation, and scalabilityto support business growth.
