Job Description – Vice President (Administration)Location:Coimbatore Experience:15–20+ Years Industry Preference:Food / QSR / Hospitality / Retail Reporting to:CEO / Managing DirectorRole Overview The Vice President – Administration will be responsible for leading and governing all administrative, facilities, compliance, and support functions across corporate offices and multiple restaurant outlets. This role ensures regulatory compliance, operational continuity, cost optimization, and a safe, efficient working environment aligned with business objectives.Key Responsibilities Overseeend-to-end administrative operationsincluding facilities management, office administration, utilities, housekeeping, security, and infrastructure across all locations. Ensure100% statutory and regulatory complianceincluding licenses, labor laws, health & safety norms, food safety standards, fire & environmental regulations. Leadvendor management , contract negotiations, AMC renewals, and procurement of non-food supplies with strong focus on cost optimization. Driveprocess standardization and SOP implementationacross outlets and corporate functions to improve efficiency and control. ManageHR-adjacent administrative functionssuch as payroll coordination, travel & accommodation, employee welfare initiatives, and policy enforcement. Partner with Finance and Leadership teams onbudgeting, cost control, and operational audits . Lead crisis management, risk mitigation, and contingency planning for operational continuity.
