Department:Sales & Marketing Job Summary:We are seeking an experiencedManager – Government & Institutional Salesto handleGovernment and institutional sales , official programs, conferences, trainings. The role focuses ongovernment coordination, business development, and revenue generationby sourcing, managing, and executinggovernment meetings, conferences, residential programs. Candidates with prior experience dealing with government institutions and departments , strong personality, and excellent communication skills will be preferred. Key Responsibilities:·Build, maintain, and strengthen professional relationships withGovernment officials, departments, PSUs, Boards, and Corporations . ·Generate, negotiate, and closeGovernment and Institutional businesses , including: oConferences & Meetings oTraining Programs & Workshops oResidential Programs ·Liaise withgovernment travel desks, protocol officers, and event coordinators . ·Prepare and submitproposals, quotations, rate contracts, MoUs, and official correspondence . ·Coordinate with internal departments such asOperations, Banquets, Rooms, and F&Bto ensure smooth execution of events. ·Achieve assignedgovernment sales targetsand contribute to overall resort revenue growth. ·Represent the resort professionally in meetings, presentations, and government interactions.Desired Candidate Profile:·Strong and activenetwork with Government officials(mandatory). ·Proven experience in: oHospitality Sales oTravel & Tourism Sales oGovernment Liaisoning / Institutional Sales ·Good understanding ofgovernment procedures, approvals, tendering processes, and official documentation . ·Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and relationship management skills . ·Presentable personality with strong PR and coordination abilities. ·Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
