Located in Vijayanagar, Karnataka, the IIS has been stitched together with state-of-the-art facilities and sports science, and has some of the finest coaching minds from across the world to guide our athletes towards the Indian Olympic dreamLocation:Bellary, Karnataka Duration:6-12 Months Perks: Accommodation Meals Health Insurance Access to world-class facilitiesThe ideal candidate is responsible for the coordination and execution of account reconciliations, budget compilation, and back-up to the accounts payable function.Responsibilities Review of Donor reports, Fund Utilization Reports, 80G Certificates and CSR receipts Person should have good understanding about CSR compliances, donor reporting Statutory Compliance under Direct Tax Laws, Indirect Tax Laws & Trust act Balance sheet finalization as per Indian accounting system and Trust act Budgetary controls and Cash flow management MIS to top management Financial Planning & Analysis Contract management Coordinating with Banking personal for banking requirement Audit planning, liasoning & coordination with Auditors Coordinating with Operations team at regular intervals for synergy amongst departments Ensuring compliance to DOPCompetencies: Finance & Accounting skills Risk management skills Interpersonal skills Communication skills Business skillsQualifications: Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting 3+ years' accounting experience Highly organized with excellent attention to detailKey Factors: Financial acumen Speed and accuracy of accounting Managing Cash flowOther:This position will be responsible for all activities pertaining to Finance & Accounts of IIS. Should be well versed with F&A operations and must have experience in Trust/NGO set up.
