This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, managing daily operations, and supporting admissions & HR teams to ensure a smooth experience for students, candidates, and staff.Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Visitor Experience Greet and assist walk-in students, candidates, parents, and visitors with a warm, professional approach. Manage front office inquiries related to admissions, interviews, courses, and general information. Maintain visitor logs and ensure a well-organized, presentable reception area.Walk-in Interviews & Admissions Support Coordinate walk-in interviews and admission counselling sessions. Collect resumes, application forms, and admission documents. Guide candidates and students through the admission and interview process. Support the admissions team with follow-ups, confirmations, and documentation.Data Management & Reporting Accurately maintain walk-in, admissions, student, candidate, and attendance data usingMS Excel & Google Sheets . Prepare daily and weekly reports on walk-ins, interviews, admissions status, and front office activities.System & Login Management Create and manage candidate/student system logins. Update application status, admission records, and internal databases. Track employee login & logout details and share attendance reports with the HR team.️ Administrative & Coordination Support Handle filing, document management, correspondence, and basic report preparation. Coordinate withHR, Admissions, and Admin teamsto ensure smooth campus operations. Support daily administrative activities to keep processes running efficiently.Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Prior experience inFront Office / Admissions / HR Support / Administrationis an advantage. Strong working knowledge ofMS Excel & Google Sheets(mandatory). Excellent communication and people-handling skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
