The ideal candidate should have strong fundamentals inUI/UX design , with additional exposure toWordPress, marketing, and sales creativesbeing an added advantage. This role requires a user-first mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities UI / UX Design Design intuitive, user-centric interfaces forweb and mobile applications . Createwireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designsusingFigma . Apply UX principles, usability standards, and design systems consistently. Ensurevisual consistency, accessibility, and brand alignmentacross all design outputs. Collaboration & Execution Work closely withproduct managers, developers, and stakeholdersto translate requirements into effective design solutions. Participate indesign reviews, iterations, and feedback cycles . Manage multiple design tasks while meeting deadlines and quality standards. Required Qualifications Experience & Education Minimum1+ year of professional experiencein UI/UX design. Technical Skills Strong proficiency inFigma . Working knowledge ofAdobe Photoshop and Illustrator . Solid understanding ofUX principles, visual design, typography, and layout systems . Ability to clearly articulate design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Added Skills Experience inWordPress website development/customization(themes, plugins, page builders). Ability to createpromotional videos, reels, and basic explainer videos . Experience designingsales and marketing creatives(posters, banners, brochures, social media assets). Basic knowledge ofHTML & CSS . Experience collaborating withsales or marketing teams . Soft Skills Creative mindset with strong attention to detail. Good communication and collaboration skills. Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies. Strong ownership and accountability for deliverables. Portfolio Requirement Portfolio or sample work links are highly encouragedand should showcase UI/UX thinking and visual design skills.
