You’ll work closely with leadership, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations to drive org effectiveness This role requires a strong balance of business acumen, and execution excellence. Key Responsibilities Strategic Business Partnership Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, translating business priorities into people strategies. Translate business goals into people strategies Influence org design, team structures, and workforce planning to support scale and efficiency. Performance & Talent Management Own end-to-end performance management cycles, goal setting, reviews, calibration, and development plans. Partner with leaders on talent reviews, succession planning, and capability building. Employee Relations & Manager Enablement Handle complex employee relations cases with maturity and fairness. Coach managers on performance issues, feedback conversations, and people decisions. Manager Enablement Coach managers on people decisions, feedback, conflict management, and team leadership Support first-time managers with frameworks and best practices Learning & Development Identify skill gaps and enable targeted learning interventions for ICs and leaders. Support leadership development initiatives for first-time and senior managers. Engagement & Culture Drive employee engagement initiatives using survey data and insights. Strengthen culture, values adoption, and employee experience across teams. HR Governance & Compliance Ensure adherence to employment laws, internal policies, and HR best practices. Proactively identify and mitigate people-related risks. People Analytics Leverage HR data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and present actionable insights to stakeholders.What we’re looking for 7- 10 years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to HR Business Partnering. Strong grounding in performance management, org design, employee relations, and talent development. Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments. High business acumen with the ability to balance empathy and execution. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills. Data-driven mindset with comfort using HR metrics for decision-making.
