Role:Project Manager (F&A) Domain (Level-7) Location:Bangalore Experience:13 to 18 YearsJob Summary We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounting (F&A) professional with strong domain expertise inOrder to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), or Record to Report (R2R) , combined withproject managementandERP implementation experience (SAP / Oracle) . The candidate will lead finance transformation initiatives, process optimization, and system implementations across enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-endF&A transformation projectsacross O2C, P2P, or R2R workstreams ManageERP implementations and enhancementsusingSAP or Oracle Financials Driveprocess optimization, automation, and standardizationacross finance operations Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions Overseeproject planning, execution, risk management, and delivery timelines Partner with IT, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure seamless system integration LeadUAT, data migration, change management, and training activities Track KPIs, financial metrics, and project performance to ensure business value realization Supportcontinuous improvement initiativesand digital finance transformation Required Skills & Experience 10–20+ years of experience inFinance & Accounting (F&A) Strong domain expertise inO2C, P2P, or R2R Proven experience inSAP (S/4HANA / ECC) or Oracle Financials implementation Strongproject management experience(Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid) Experience infinance transformation, automation, and process re-engineering Knowledge offinancial controls, compliance, and reporting standards Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Preferred Qualifications PMP / Prince2 / Agile certification Experience inshared services / global delivery / consulting environments Experience indigital finance, RPA, AI, or analytics Prior experience inlarge-scale ERP transformation projects
