We are looking for aSenior Video Editorto lead end-to-end video production for our content studio. This role requires a strong balance of creative vision, technical expertise, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will translate brand and campaign briefs into high-quality, purpose-driven video assets while collaborating closely with creative, strategy, and account teams to ensure consistency, speed, and quality across all outputs.This is afull-time contractual, in-office role based out of Bengaluru .Key Responsibilities Lead the complete video production lifecycle—from brief understanding to final delivery Translate brand, product, and campaign briefs into compelling video narratives Collaborate with creative, strategy, and account teams to align output with business objectives Maintain and elevate post-production standards across formats and platforms Manage timelines, workflows, and delivery schedules efficiently Scale video output while maintaining quality across multiple content types Ensure consistency in visual language, storytelling, and brand toneRequirements 7–8 years of experience in video editing and post-production Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual design Experience working with AI-assisted video creation tools and workflows Proficiency in video editing and motion graphics tools Ability to manage multiple projects and tight timelines Strong collaboration and communication skills Experience working in a fast-paced, content-driven environmentThis is afull-time contractual, in-office role based out of Bengaluru .
