Senior Engineer –ME Industrial Engineering Location:Nashik, Maharashtra, India Experience:3–7 YearsResponsibilities Support design and development offixtures, gauges, lifting tackles, and special toolsfor Assembly, Testing, Painting, Packing, and Fabrication. CNC machine programming and operating experiencefor tooling, fixtures, and component support. Develop and coordinatevendorsfor tooling, fixture spares, and special gauges. Identify and implementbest practices and new assembly toolsthrough market research. Maintainupdated drawings, wear part data, and system documentation . Driveproductivity and quality improvementsthrough process change management. Coordinate withcross-functional teamsfor resource and activity management. Assist inannual budgetingfor ATPP tools, fixtures, and spares. Support facility/process setup fornew or modified components . Ensure timelyE-BOM to M-BOM releaseand accuracy verification. Coordinate withAE & PPCfor ERP loose item definition and packing accuracy. SupportManufacturing BOM implementation , including creation and splitting of manufacturing groups.Qualifications BE/BTech inManufacturing / Production / Mechanical Engineering 3–7 Year's experience inManufacturing Engineering , tooling, and CNC operations
