Job Description Leading and administering the entire proposal process and deliverables for assigned pursuits Collaborate with the Proposal team to analyze and respond to formal RFIs and RFPs, while also managing schedules Work with the Presales Manager to craft compelling propositions for client proposal requests, and develop proactive or unsolicited proposals, primarily in PowerPoint and Word formats Proficient in technical writing, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all technical documents. Coordinate & drive the proposal discussions with Sales, Resourcing, Marketing, Practice and Delivery team Coordinate with the Business Analyst to prepare feature lists (functional scope) and with the Delivery and Technology teams for estimation Possess strong research, evaluation/analysis, writing, and attention to detail skills Articulate & Develop Impactful Case Studies / Success Stories, and other sales enablement materials Managing repository and ensuring that all the documentation has been done and submitted in the repository for future use Highly proficient in Microsoft tools, utilizing them with a high level of competency on a daily basis Maintain flexibility in the work schedule to ensure deadlines and deal timelines are met Good communication and comfortable in engaging with senior leadership Apply methodology, reusable assets, and previous work experience to deliver consistently high-quality work Basic Qualification Candidate should have 4 to 5 years of experience in various areas of proposal development and management MBA/BE/B-Tech degree from an accredited institution, with experience in the presales process for software services or SaaS products Should possess excellent written and oral communication dealing with international customers Proficiency in O365 Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint Ability to work as a team-player and work creatively in a problem-solving environment Ability to grasp technology at a high level
