Join us and let’s build the future.Job Summary The Technical Product Manager role within Belden’s Global Products & Solutions (GPS) organization translates business needs into technical requirements and drives execution of wireless product initiatives. The Technical Product Manager collaborates with Product Management, Engineering, and Development teams, manages technical road maps, and conducts market and competitor analysis. This position reports to the Senior Product Manager, Firmware, based in Singapore.You will make an impact in the following way: Be part of the Wireless Product Lifecycle Management team supporting regional and global WiFi product portfolio. Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand, prioritize, and communicate needs to ensure a full understanding of roadmap themes and requirements. Lead the execution of wireless product initiatives to successfully deliver on software release objectives Reporting projects and customers’ feedback to Sales, Product Management, and Belden Engineering/R&DYou will bring: 12+ years of experience in Wireless network design and implementation. Background in Engineering (Computer/Electrical/Electronics/Wireless/Communication Engineering). Strong technical and management interest in Wireless technology and RF design. Experience with IEEE 802.11 k/v/r, site survey tools, wireless positioning, and BLE. Wireless Authentication Infrastructure design models. Experience in building and maintaining large enterprise/campus/plant networks with more than 1,000 wireless endpoints. Strong knowledge of network, sub-systems, and relevant cybersecurity technologies. Technical know-how in one or more domains: Enterprise wireless, Metro Train-to-Ground, Warehousing automation. Knowledge of Automation, EU Cyber Resilience Act Security, and Cloud Computing is a plus. Experience in PCB embedded hardware and software is a plus. Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required (approximately 15%+ travel). Strong computer literacy, with hands-on experience using CRM and product management tools such as Salesforce (SFDC), Jira, and Aha!Let’s Write the Next 100 Years Together.
