We are looking for"Retail Traning Head"with a leading retail organization based out in Bngalore.The Retail Training Head will lead the training and development agenda across retail operations, building capability for frontline blue-collar, managerial, and leadership teams in a fast-growing environment.What You’ll DoLead the end-to-end retail training and capability-building strategy across stores and regions Design and deliver training programs for frontline staff, store managers, and leadership teams Build scalable training solutions for a distributed, blue-collar workforce Create, curate, and improve training content across classroom and digital formats Launch and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) Drive leadership development and HiPO programs Partner closely with HR and Operations to support rapid store expansion Build and manage a team of trainers and regional L&D resources Travel regularly to ensure strong on-ground training impactWhat We’re Looking For 12–15 years of experience in retail training, operations, or learning & development Experience in high-growth / fast scale-up retail environments Strong facilitation, content design, and content creation skills Hands-on experience with LMS implementation or management Proven team management and people leadership experience Candidates from operations backgrounds who evolved into training roles are a strong fit Candidates from retail operations or retail training backgrounds preferred Sector exposure to Retail or QSR preferred
